Misha
Food production and social media for a Kadıköy cook shop, built to make every dish read hot, close and worth ordering tonight.

Misha serves burgers, pizza, sandwiches and dessert out of one kitchen in Fikirtepe. In a neighbourhood full of the same menu, the feed is the storefront. Our job was to make the food look like it was made minutes ago and to give the brand a voice you can hear in a scroll.
Art Direction
We lit the food against near black, so the steam, the melt and the crust are the only bright things in frame. Late-night food sells on appetite, so we removed the table, the room and everything else that could dilute it.

We shot the moment the dish is handed over, not the moment it is styled. A hand lifting the hot dog, cheese pulling off the slice, the burger and fries mid-service. Food photographs best while it is still moving, so we stayed in the pass instead of the studio.
The campaign frames use one heavy yellow display type on the same dark ground, "It tastes like Misha", "What to order". Keeping the type loud and the palette tight means a post is recognisable as Misha before the logo is ever read.

Creative Process
Before shooting we went through the menu and picked the dishes that had to do the selling, then built a shot list around how each one behaves under light. Planning by dish, not by day, meant nothing had to be reheated or faked for the camera.
Each session produces a batch of stills, reels and campaign frames that cover weeks of posting. New items and seasonal offers drop into the same visual rules, so the feed stays fed without the look drifting.
