Pata Chocolate

Pata makes its chocolate from the bean, then builds French pastry around it. Most dessert content just shows the finished plate. We shot the making, the pour, the pipe, the dip, because the craft is the reason to choose Pata over the shop next door.

Art Direction

We lit everything warm and tight, so the chocolate reads glossy and the cream reads soft. Dessert sells on appetite, so every frame is built to make you hungry before you read a word.

We put the process on screen. Chocolate poured over a brownie, cream piped in one clean line, a bar dipped and lifted. Anyone can plate a cake, so we filmed the hands that show this one is actually made.

Cakes, pralines, drinks and seasonal specials all share the same warm, close look. The menu changes weekly, but the feed stays recognisably Pata from one post to the next.

Creative Process

We shoot on site, at the counter and the bench, not in a rented studio, because the food photographs best in the minutes after it is made. Being in the kitchen also means we catch the process shots a styled set never could.

Each shoot feeds weeks of posts, reels and story content, planned around new products and seasons. One session in the kitchen becomes a steady feed, so the account stays fresh without a constant reshoot.
